SmartWaySM is an initiative of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency working to reduce greenhouse gases and other air pollutants and improve fuel efficiency. This voluntary partnership means that we are achieving air quality benefits by meeting specific environmental criteria set in the SmartWaySM Transport Partnership Agreement.
